Michelle Saul is founder and President of Possibilities Consulting LLC, where she has built an excellent reputation as a versatile consultant, trainer, executive coach and keynote speaker. Michelle excels at guiding leaders through change initiatives by facilitating visioning, transition management, leadership development and team development.
Her clients range from small businesses to large corporations, with an affinity for family businesses and their special succession planning needs. She is committed to sharing her passion for assisting leaders to achieve meaningful and transformative change.

In his role as the Founding Partner of Possibilities Consulting, Michael is an active executive coach and organizational development consultant and trainer. His practice has benefitted from his many years as an entrepreneur and business owner.
Michael is known in the CEO community for his ability to effectively assist CEOs, their executive teams and their organizations to create positive change, increase productivity and inspire and motivate individuals.
Michael’s practice includes a wide range of industries and company complexities. He has focused on the semi-conductor industry and now the healthcare / biotech sector. His clients include Fortune 100 companies and small but promising startups. Michael is the CSO of San Diego based professional development organization, 7CTOs which is dedicated to fostering innovation and bringing emotional intelligence to Chief Technology Officers around the U.S.
Ari Saul - PARTNER
Ari brings a wealth of knowledge, entrepreneurial passion and international experience to Possibilities Consulting. He started his first business at the age of 22 in the aviation industry and added a second business in the technology field to his portfolio two years later. After almost a decade running his own businesses, Ari developed a passion for organizational development and human resources.
Ari has spent the last 5 years working in the Israeli tech industry as a team leader of business services and a director of customer service, while completing his Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior and Development from the prestigious Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Ari loves to kayak, ski, sail, and travel. He is an avid pilot with a commercial pilots license and a proud husband and father.
